My last to fall was Grozlin the Pilgrim. A brave and ambitious cleric of the Three, he left his monastery to pursue adventure and danger.
He was killed trying to destroy a mirmek nest with a mace.
Apparently, a bad idea.
Rest in peace, Groz. We would have buried you but the colony couldn't spare the men to retrieve your gnawed bones.

Raul the Grunter - mobbed by goblins in the mines, trapped in a corner with 2hp and no recall scrolls, he charged a spear to his peril.

Maude the Mad - took an 'experimental test subject' to the face, died instantly.

Mariella Xeffar- Found an old tower, looted old tower, killed by bear on way back. Bandit found remains after relieving himself. If coming to collect bones are unwashed.

He was not on iron-man mode, but he died for good after his 25th attempt to kill a White Wolf... At the time he died the last time, he was level 4 with no clue on why there was two blue numbers on his character sheet. And he lived his short life wondering why he never managed to kill an orc, being him a Rogue who got a nice shield and a superb 2-handed iron long sword...
