Iron Golem, Fire Elemental, or Ice Elemental?

Have powerful durability and power, though it lacks speed.
- Firehouse
Not only it's immune to fire, any attack forms of fire would heal it. It also has great offensive strength, though poor defense.
- Ice T
Any purpose of attacking it with ice is muda/useless as it would heal it. It also has superb defense, though poor offensive power.

Among these Stands, which of them as a Mage should I focus on? I kinda prefer Iron Golem Maiden among those three. Or should I just become Kira or Pucci and choose three of them? Or is the Summon's max level only on 18?

Fire elemental and ice elemental stats sucks a lot its better to stick with iron golem as tank and other spells for offence

Which means the Stand Master fights along with its Stand. Alright. Since Close-ranged Mage is now possible, I can either name my character Joseph Joestar with Arcane Blade, or DIO with Vampiric Blade, just for the lulz.
