just a stupid question:

for some quests outcomes I have to pass a test...how does that work? As warrier I have zero Intellect and zero Personality. Does the game roll a (virtual) die and can I still (by luck) pass a 1 or 2 test?
How does such a test work ingame?

It is just a straight check to see if you have the needed level of the trait. So if a walkthru states there is a level 3 Personality check, you'd have to have 3+ Per to activate it.
The big trouble is the checks usually only show when you have the needed check, unlike games like Fallout where the option would be grayed out if you didn't have the needed skill level.

If you have a warrior w 0 across the bottom traits, you will miss out on many of those outcomes.

If you are curious, level 3 across the bottom gives you access to all quest variations.

Any self-respecting warrior should have 1int 1awa and 2 per anyways (for advanced crit + duel skills), which already goes a long way regarding quest options.

Very true. But since WG access is withheld until Lvl 9 (so ppl hold off on those points to be better killers) and there are several early quests with lvl 1 checks, many warriors/rogues miss out of these opportunities. While none of them are spectacular, a completionist might have to set their warrior build up differently.

When playing i always have a default 1 in end, int and per the rest in either str or agi. I suggest you atleast have 1 int and 2 per, awa is negligeble unless you are a rouge. It gives you extra items, gold, exp, rep and in some quests make it easier e.g. rodo and the governor.
