I need help to get Ilmara quests

I don't know if i did something wrong, but im not getting new quests to improve my reputation with ilmara and i don't know what to do!
I would really appreciate if someone helped

Sleep at an Inn a couple of times. Try exiting and reloading too...

EDIT: I'd assumed you were trying for quests in Nivarian.

Town hall quests are limited. they are different on each town hall, so you might try a different Ilmaran town.

I already went to Fögas, Nivarian and Rhöneis . Thanks either way
