I lost my save game

Please help... I save my prograss on June 15/ 06/2023, but due to some issues i had to reinstall the game, but when i restore my prograss i lost my progress, my rouge was level 22, but after restore i got my rogue as level 9, level 9 rogue was my first saving progress on 4/06/23, after that i did 2 more times save progress, my last save progress was on 15/06/23 but now when restoring it back it restored the first save not the last save. Please help me get my progress back.

If you're trying to restore from cloud, you have to manually save to cloud before in menu for that. If you didn't saved it manually, it probably wasn't saved.

Same is with saving it in file system on your phone.

If you were saving it in game, in sense, while you're playing, and without going to special menu for that, you were not saving in cloud or file system.

And now that you unistalled game, save file is removed in that process.

Oh my God all those hardwork and progress all gone. But i remember that i went and save it manually before i reinstall this game, not sure but i am not able to understand whatever i did was wrong then how come my character restored the level 9. I don't know may be when saved it manually it didn't actually saved it might be network issue.

That's why I always make two backups. One in the file (EK.bak) and one to the cloud. Beware though - if you just create to file and leave it in that folder, it will be deleted when you uninstall the game! So move the EK.bak after creating the backup to a different folder.

Sorry for your loss man, but it's not gonna take long to reclaim everything. You are more experienced and better at the game now, getting back to where you were will be a walk in the park! My first character (Agi Warrior) had 90hrs played before I even entered the Ark for the first time, the warrior I am playing now did it after 10. Knowing where to go and where to find the good stuff makes everything a lot faster and easier.

Thanks brother Filitas for your supportive comments after i see your reply, i am motivated again, thanks for boasting my moral, i totally agreed with you even before this i lost level 30 rogue, and warrior level 22, and mage level 25 and paladin level 26, but as i am experienced now its very easy to recover everything, the progress i lost now is actually like 6 th times by now but now i know how to quickly get everything what i lost, it's been many times i uninstall and start new untill i came to know we could backup on Google. then how come my character restored the level 9

My guess is, you did saved sometime manually to the cloud, forgot about doing and then you continued playing and saving only within game, not saving to the cloud. And, now when you tried to restore from cloud, you did that, but there was only that forgotten saved file when you were lvl9.

At least now you know that you should also save manually from time to time. And you can enjoy the game playing from start. Well, almost start...
