How to Get to Dragon Coast?? There's a guy in Friguld saying he knows how to get there but I can't talk to him to convince him btw I'm not done with shards of fate yet

If you know it might have something to do with the Shards of Fate quest, maybe you should complete it?

Complete the Shards of Fate then wait until Grandpa calls you. It will take a few days, be patient. He'll tell you where to go then the option to travel to Dragon Coast will appear with Captain Dorse.
