How many secrets?

Hi all,

I was looking through my stats and wondered what was the total amount of secrets. currently ive found 48.

So how many has eveyone found?

Edit: 51 secrets is the highest so far, found by ZeroesHero.

@Glass Cannon. I've had a look on the wiki, but I can only imagine you mean look through maps for secret doors and the like? I can't seem to find secrets like the bag of jewels I discovered by the riverside. (needed an awareness check to get)

I've found 51 secrets.

No idea where on wiki to look for total amount of secrets one is able to find.

So all secrets can be found in the wiki, but there's no where that says 'there are X amount of secrets in total'. I got it.

So it was an agility check rather than awareness. My memory is bad.

I don't know that all of them are on there, but at least most of them are there. They just tend to be spread out between the quests and the areas

It should be noted that things like the jewel bag or certain "hidden" passages (narrow gaps between rocks you can walk through, the entrance to the Deep Cauldron, etc.) do not count as proper secrets, i.e. they will not raise your secrets counter. Only things which need the Perception ability (or detection scrolls, ...) for discovery are considered true secrets (the "You found a secret" note has to appear in the log).

So one should indeed be able to find the total number of secrets by going through all the Wiki maps (provided they are 100% accurate) and summing them up. Any volunteers?

Other than secret doors, what is considered a secret? I have found only 50 secret doors on wiki
maps.

does probably opening the entrance to the Seventh House (next to the statue in the sewers) count as finding a secret?

A secret is for us a thing we cant see with the naket eye but because of awareness or by perception or by skill to find it
