Help! Need to Recover an Account!

Hello. I deleted my app for this game and redownloaded it. However, when I Had tried to get back into my account with Google Play it was no where to be found on either of my emails? Is there anyway to get my account back? Please help!

You see, the game is saved on Google Play accounts, and it's either by cloud save, or by file save, You should export your saves on cloud or a file whenever you are deleting the game / app of your phone, and when you download it again, you should restore them.
