I got two petions till now, but didnt find no one that wanna help me with the last, i take one from that woman i gave her famyly medalion and the other from the guy that i found his sword, giles father dont want help me.

How did you get a petition? I talked to the gov. in the palace and nothing happens. Unable to progress at this time.Please Help.

Have Hirge as companion, approach Imperial temple, starts quests if right choice is made, go to Royal courtyard, with min 2 Per you will be able to pay 3000 and have a chance to get a petition signed by important people.

There are 4 signing options on 903(this is going to be changed),all requiring a quest be finished favorably. Signers are: Fritha (return medallion to her), Andrew Mason(return his sword), Latimer(be honest about his son), and finally Kardagis after Smugglers at night will forge one for you.

Return to the governator and you will be done, with access to the Three guild(clerics guild)

What about the alcamist asking for ten fire salts the spider venom quest giver

There are a total of 5 available signatures. 2 of them require completing a quest in a 'noble' manner. The other two are harder/more costly (Kardagis and Gilmour[spider guy], but provide everyone a chance to complete the quest.

If you can get the easier 3, they are the way to go. The wiki has all the available signatures and how to get each one.
