Help getting black shards from rumor bosses (post edited)

Hi to all the community this my first post, im here because
Even playing for hours and making all the quest i cant get the last 2 shards the rumor bosses.

Skip few days by sleeping and keep checking inn/inns it will come up eventually.

Rumor bosses spawn on a random basis based on real time, not in-game time. While the exact rate per each boss is not public, in general 2 or 3 rumor bosses spawn per each hour of game play (often more). Common advice is to work on Town Hall Quests, side quests or hunt for rare drops (i.e. spam a dungeon). Checking in at the inn once an hour or every-half hour will suffice.

Note: If a rumor bosses hasn't spawned, no amount of gossiping at an inn will make it appear. Gossiping gives hints about a rumor boss that's appeared but does not make one appear. Having decent gossip makes it easier to find out about one so it's useful (gossip is improved with traits, skills, equipment, companion etc).

Anyway i played for 20 hours 35 min since i started and never appeared a rumor boss,
My other question is 1 hour of gameplay when i start the game or 1 hour for total gameplay? I mean if i reach 21h mark of gameplay ill have a chance getting a rumor boss?

And by the way i have 80% on gossip

Per the Developer, FILE SHARING IS ALLOWED. A user flagged your post and it went into limbo until the Developer could clarify it. Your post got caught in the learning curve. Sorry about that.

That's seems odd. Are you checking for a Rumor Boss at the Inn? You need to "But a round of drinks" at the Inn to listen to gossip. When you do that, you roll a chance to hear any noteworthy gossip, including the appearance of Rumor Bosses. Also what level are you? Some Rumor Bosses don't appear for very low level characters but if you've collected most the black shards, you should be easily high enough for all the Rumour Bosses to appear.

The exact mechanic isn't on the forum, but I don't think it's an on the hour type of roll (that would make it easy to know when to check for one!).
