I lost my partner Grissenda. How can I find her. I have no idea where she is.

She will be in Kingsbridge

If you told her to leave your party, she will be in:
1: Your house if you have one.
2: In Kingsbridge hanging out (see Wiki map for exact location)

Note: Companions spawn on their waiting spots at the next map load. So if you were visiting Kingsbridge, ran a map over, told her to leave, and than ran back to Kindgsinge, she woulnd't be there yet. Maps re-load every 12(?) minutes real-time, or after staying in an inn.

Something like that happened to me a while back. I go back to Kingsbridge to get Grissenda, but she was nowhere around. I restarted the game and everything to no avail. My only I guess it was caused by her being killed by Orcs as she was in Kingsbridge. I and Hirge were leaving Kingsbridge to the east when a random encounter of Orcs came on us. I fled back to town and used the guards to help me defeat the Orcs. Some time later, is when I noticed she was missing.

Lol no, they can't be killed. You have to refresh the map, for that it needs 12h Ingame time. But outside of area or rest in inn

Well I don't know, they can't be killed while in the party. All I know is she wasn't there over several days of real world game play. More than enough time time for her to respawn.
