Gorge of the Silent Kings: what's going on?

I cannot enter any of the doors: all I get is a shock. I also do not know what to do with the Lifestone I got from the war golem. Is there a quest that I missed somewhere? I assume that this area has something important associated with it, but I can't find it.

Did u already done the quest from the mage in solliga? Just take the lifestone with u in that quest and you should get infos how to enter the portals. Btw read the discription from the purple Amulette if you already did the quest

I finished the quest, and miiiiight have sold the amulet. If I need that to enter the shock-doors, is there a way to get it again?
