For some reason Google Will not allow any deletes to additions to play store accounts, only reason that seems plausible is to defraud investors? Long story, short. Still unable to restore purchase from them?!!? Going to try to uninstall and reinstall from secondary account again!!?? Let you know!

You don't need to delete your account, just remove it from your device. Enter your device Settings > Accounts and remove temporarily the accoutns you don't need. This can be done, I assure you, if you can't check your phone manuals or show us screenshots so maybe we can help.
