good starting temp for rogue Archer?

I would say 365 degrees for about a half-an-hour. When you bring them out of the oven they immediately try to steal your wallet.

If you mean companion, then Grissenda - you can get her before you need to choose whether to rescue Adaon, and she can grow to use awesome fighter gear like Legion Plate Mail

Crank AGI and use AWA as a complemantary to maximize ranged damage output. Archery skillset works great too. Im using a rogue archer myself and i dole out 61 dps already and im not even done yet
