Golden hand negative rep...

After a choice I made in an earlier quest, I am now negative rep with Golden Hand... The only way into Grey Library is to fight... My question, and post as spoiler if needed, is whether a very low rep with Golden Hand after fighting into Grey Library affects me badly later in the game? Thanks

No, none at all, the loreseekers gives you the same quests

So I always recommend people to pick the loreseekers side else they'll miss a quest.

Personally I pretty much always take the side of Golden Hand. They are rich and influential. You might regret your decision in the future updates if you don't ;x

If you balance the rewards well, you'll remain in good stance with both guilds

The medallion quest is the worst, due to its absurd penalty and mild reward for the good choice.
I postponed it as much as possible.

It's possible to complete all quests with maintaining a positive rep with Golden Hand and Loreseekers. It's also possible to get all the Loreseeker quests, teaching etc as without negative rep with the Golden Hand.

The easist way to do it is to give the Medallion to the Golden Hand (the spice trader hates you for it) or to putt off the spice quest until you've completed the book quests and loreseeker quests.

Most players side with the Loreseekers.
