I do appreciate the suggestions but you guys talk like we should all just know these places. I am a Disabled American Veteran and I have Traumatic Brain Injuries. I play this game because 1 I love it and 2 my doctor says it will help with recall and other things in my brain. So please forgive me, but, I don't know these places nor do I know what "grinding" is. Sorry everyone I know this may sound stupid to you folks, but in my stupid brain it is quite real. :roll:

I think you will find the wiki an invaluable tool. It will answer the question about any place mentioned here. How I do it is just do a google search of the "place name exiled kingdoms" the wiki is usually the top hit.
