I've had multiple instances od goblins and imps attack twice (for example, the imps would throw 2 fireballs at once/I would take damage twice from 1 attack). It's annoying to deal with on my mage build as it's just broken. Right now I'm fighting Izharrak and he attacks "twice".

I can't record videos directly on my phone (for some reason it doesn't have the software), so I'll try and find an app and I'll post a video of it happening
Also before fighting Izharrak, one of the imps also had the double attack.

Made a YT channel just for this video

I beat him, still did the double thing, however I got lucky and used the time he was standing still while activating Might and also interrupted his heal spell.

Izharrak has the same skill as the Cleric Class which adds fire DMG to his attacks.

His attacks already have Innate fire DMG, along with the Skill, it gives a seperate register of fire DMG in the logs.

To further demonstrate you may also see how the "extra Fire DMG" is no longer in effect once hid Skill wears out. You can see the Skill is deactivated when his "Fire Aura" visuals are gone. And are activated as soon as the Battle Starts.

Makes sense, however, why do the imps have the same attack?
Not all the imps have it maybe 1 or 2. Also the only place I've encountered this happening is in the area where Izharrak is and before it.

Short Answer:
Each TYPE of damage and SOURCE of damage gets it's own line in the combat log. That lets you see how the resistance / defense applies.

So an enemy that hits with JUST one damage type from ONE source will have ONE line in the combat lot.
Example 1: Goblin hits you with a sword (pure physical damage) -- one line (uses defense to calculate).
Example 2: Fire Imp hits with ranged fire attack (pure fire damage) -- one line (uses fire resistance to calculate).

And any enemy attacking with TWO damage types from TWO sources will get two lines.
Example: 3: Itharrack attaching with standard attack -- one line for physical part of attack, and one line for fire damage part of attack.

And any enymye attacking with THREE damage types from THREE sources will get THREE lines.
Example 4: Itharrack attacking with MIGHT activated.
Line 1: Physical part of attack.
Line 2: Fire damage from weapon.
Line 3: Fire damage from MIGHT being activated.

So, what you are seeing is Itharrack doing his normal MIGHT attack.

Note, the game does the same thing for your character. So if you were a Cleric wielding an elmental weapon, with Might actiated, you'g get three lines in the combat log as well (four if you're doing spirit damage to undead).

So looks like game is working as expected.

I understand Izharrak's damage, also noticed that he was doing only 4 additional fire damage because of his skill. But I still don't understand the imps. They only do ranged fire damage. And the damage I was getting was above 4, for example I would take 11 and 8 fire damage (minus 1 or 2 from armour).
If You say it's working as intended, I'll remove the bug tag.
I've thought about the possibility of getting hit by 2 fireballs, but I was only fighting 1 imp at a time. I'm going to make a new save and get to the quest regarding Izharrak to see what actually happens.

I've tried my hardest (made 1 attempt), but alas I couldn't (be bothered to) replicate the phenomenon.
So originally I thought it was a chance if it occurred, since some of my saves had it, and other didn't. Now that I think about it, it only occurred in my mage saves.

I think it's your wand's knockback resets enemy attack cooldown, so imps attack twice. Even hero, if knocked back, can perform additional attack, even stunned.

Makes sense, since these imps were backed up against a wall and I had wand mastery (although it also happened with staves). That would explain why only those ones were affected since they were in enclosed spaces.
Also had times where mobs would get stunned (dual wield mastery) and half a second later still attack (for example that happened while I was fighting an imp). Same thing happened to my character, got stunned by an Orc Elite and still got a hit off.
It's not a bug, it's a feature™ I guess.
Thank you!
Also thanks to VDX
