Giles quest help

****help******So my journal says I discovered gillies but is it possible I sold his remains as I can't find them or progress the quest

in theory they can't be sold, check the vault. If it's not there either, contact support.

I believe you can't get his remains until you activate the quest.

I did activate the quest been to the dungeon a couple after talking to the girl and my tracker says I found the remains but when I go back to her nothing and I don't have any remains

It might be that you had inventory full when you picked the remains and they dropped to the ground but your quest log registered completion. Did you try going back to the cave and check if they are there?

So I killed the Wyvern and explored the Gorx cave finding no Giles anywhere. I went back to where the Wyvern was and looked high and low but no Giles.
I'm super confused, is the body in the Gorx cave? Am I even in the right location?
Please help.
