you need to do this in 1st four days otherwise the cost will increase .

some good advices there, but I don't think this works in the recent versions of the game. the "price cap" was a bug, actually. Is it still there?

You are on an old version, that's why... it was a bug. Current version is 868, there's been quite a few additions
