General skills points update

I would really like general skills to be reworked and have their own "general skill points" just for the 4 general skills we have. I feel like its a waste to have the skill because those skill points are precious and i always use them on something else. Having separate general skill points that we unlock 1 every 4 levels and/or something like a tome we can find that gives us a point would be very nice. I feel like the game needs it because no one wants to unlock general skills. I think it would be very cool to finally use them because they are pretty unique and would add something new to look forward to and think about. Since the points would be rare it would be exciting when you find a tome and would make players more interested.
I think everyone agrees they dont use general skills and only focus on upgrading other skills. I hope you consider this.
