Game lags me out

I loved this game on my iPhone 7 then I got a iPhone X and I tried to enable Cloud Saving so I could get my previous info for this game that I had on my iPhone 7. I tried and tried but it keeps lagging me out to my home screen. I wanna play this game on my iPhone X with Cloud Saving enabled.

ios and cloud save was a bigger issue for David since a ios update.

If you have access to your old phone, just use the manual transfer (export to file and send yourself per Email). It seems like David solved the problem with the last update, but no guarantees (don't have a iPhone).

Not sure what the ios 12 issue was, better use the manual transfer, it works.

I have testers with iPhoneX having no lag issues, I advise to reboot your device.

You don't need to remain connected to Google Play Games while you are playing, anyways. Just when you want to save to the cloud in the "Export&Cloud" menu.
