I bought the game through steam, I try to run it, it doesn't work. I've tried everything, and it doesn't seem to work. I use win11, maybe that's the problem. Has anyone had the same difficulty as me?

Windows 11 is not the problem, many players use Windows 11.

Please:

-tell us the details about your system: OS, version, graphic card, screen resolution.

-in the same folder where the game is installed, there is a file called init_log.txt ; please post its contents here.

@Amauri , the Initiation File David asked for will look like a messy notepad file.

You can find it on your PC in the same folder you saved Exiled Kingdoms. The easist way to find it might be to do a simple PC-wide search for "Exiled." That should pop up both the folder and the requested file. See screenshots.

Note, that I'm unclear how often the initiation file is updated if people play online via Steam. I'm not sure where that starting-the-game infor would be saved.

The initiation file tends to have useful information about what is happening behind the scenes, which can help sort out where a break occurs.

There's a mind numbing number of things that can cause a black start-up screen, from a simple update error to a full on hacked malware game.

There was a file with that name, but I refund the game in the steam.
I thought that I would not be able to solve the problem. But I'm going to buy again tomorrow, because the money takes 24 hours to return to my wallet.

Some other helpful things to do overnight.

Full shut down: Do a shut-down, wait 10 or more minutes, than re-start computer. That could address any stray electron issue in the downloading process. If there's some odd hiccup in the download, it could result in a corrupted download.

Check for Steam Updates: On the top left of your Steam main page, click on "Steam" than "Check for Steam and Client Updates."

Memory Check: How's your memory / RAM situation? If you are at capacity, the game might not be starting as there's no room to do it. If you download a lot of Steam games, you could have an issue with available memory.

@DavidBVal will have to take a look at this when he gets a chance. Note, it is a holiday in some parts of the world right now.

First glance, the "No init.ini file detected" might be a clue for the problem. Start-up process is not detecting the initiation file.

@Amauri , is there a "init.ini" file in your Exiled Kingdom folder? Typically it's right above the Initiation record you copied above. See screen shot in previous post. The file will have a little gear icon.

If it's not there, that could be the problem.

Do you let Steam download / install automatically? Or do you manually tell it where to install files?

This is content of my init.ini file:

Code:
height=1080
width=1920
fullscreen=1

Just create file init.ini and copy and paste what I have posted above in it. Then tell us if the game will work after that.
