Game crashes when entering certain areas

First, I'm using an old HP touchpad with unofficial LineageOS build (Android 7.1.2), so I'm surprised the game is working at all
Nevertheless I wanted to ask here, maybe someone knows a way to fix this, other than waiting for a new tablet. As mentioned before when entering some (well, a lot) areas, the game starts loading and crashes before the screen gets fully bright again. So I'm pretty much stuck for now.
I had the free version installed before and started a new game with the full version. So I could try to reinstall the game. Maybe there is a error log I could take a look at?

Does it have 1Gb RAM?

Have you tried a restart?

The game suddenly stopping like that usually means low RAM. Very old devices can struggle even with 1Gb, because they share it with the video chip.

Thank you for your answer. Yes, 1GB Ram, restart doesn't help in any way. So it's probably not enough RAM.

Never mind. I hopefully get a different device next week with 2GB RAM but running Android 4.2, let's see if EK is working better then.
