Full License Stopped Working

I've owned a full license for years and started playing again recently. A couple days ago I open the app and am only able to access the free version.

I have poked around here and online to try and resolve the issue, but have yet to resolve the issue. I'm probably just missing something simple, but would appreciate any help please.

I'm on IOS have no other devices and signing out of itunes/appstore did not work.

This is likely an Apple issue....

So standard things might work, in no particular order:

1) Sign out, power down, re-start.
2) Double check which account is logged on.
3) Double check to see if you asked for a refund / deactivation / uninstall of game.
4) Check for Apple updates.
5) Re-think Apple's abusive treatment of customers
6) Clear your cache.


If those and other basic steps don't resolve the issue, respond with more details of your device, etc.
