[FIXED] dismissing companion

Hi there, I'm new here and loving the game! I am having trouble with Adaon, I can't take him out of my party when o would very much rather having grissenda in my party.

. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Speak with him, and an option shall appear that allows you to dismiss him.

I know this is usually the case yet there is no option for that for me. Is it a bug?

Maybe u have activated a quest with The wizard at kingsbride id Thais si true he cant leave you untill u finish The quest. Mad wizard i thank is The ñame

when you talk to Adaon, what options do you get? You should always be able to dismiss him.

Also, renaming the thread, as the fact he can join you is a spoiler.

The only two options I get are let's move on and let's talk about something. And I took him straight out of the dungeon. Thank you for this great game!

Yes I got out of the dungeon after freeing him and in town I asked him to come with me and now I can't get rid of him.

Oh... you didn't complete the letter quest, did you?

EDIT: Just checked. It is actually an error on the conversation script, thanks for reporting. Complete the mysterious letter quest and you can dismiss him; I'll make sure on next update you can dismiss him earlier (most people completes the quest right out of the dungeon, so I never knew about this problem before)
