Final debate problem

I killed Undermother's daughter and The Undermother revealed some information about my origin to me. Later, in the final debate, my character still considers itself "mere human" - what am I doing wrong?

It says "I destroyed Zuz'sare for the Undermother".

But i collected the quest's reward long after killing Valeran. Also, ghostly figure is not present in the Tower anymore, so it seems I can't score 9 points... is that correct?

Did you get the information from the Undermother before or after you spoke to your grandfather?
Because the info that you got from the Undermother isn't enough on it's own.

Spoiler: Spoiler for final main quest

The information from the Undermother just allows you to pass the knowledge check from your grandfather without needing the high trait requirements.
So you still need to learn about your herritage from your grandfather in one way or another.
If you never learned about your herritage then you indeed can't get the peaceful ending and you'll have to fight the horror.

Got it, thank you. So, I guess at the current state of my game "the grandfather" isn't coming back and I can't find him anymore?

No indeed, once you complete the Shards of Fate quest and move to the final Ark of Lothasan quest, his figure runs out of energy and you are never able to contact him again.

So if you missed learning about it during your final dialog with him, then you are unable to do so afterwards.
