Because, my game is not retrieving the data from my ek.bak, can anybody help me?

You need to import it from import/export menu, after you place it in root.

I did it.

I have the ek.bak file on my phone, but it doesnt retrieve the data, the game recognizes my ek.bak, it says it "recovered data" but when I look at the data, it is not there.

Please, take a look, I have recorded a video, trying to recover my data, but game doesnt recover it, can somebody help me? Please, I do not want to restart new characters lvl 0
