Energy cells

Hi, just obtained some energy cells. Says they're for all classes. Why would warriors or rogues use them as they don't have mana?

Energy cells are a bit of an odd item. I -think- the All Classes aspect was put in with the idea that more would be expanded on it at some point. Game development went down a different path, and Energy Cells can now be used by anyone, including those that don't get a benefit from them.
