The woman outside New Garand keeps asking me to investigate Nayu Tomb. She mentions a farmer named Doug. I have killed everything in the tomb a dozen times over and completed the quest inside. Is there anything I missed or is this just a oversight?
It is my understanding that before NG was developed, Elise was the quest giver for one of the Three quests. David has plans for her, so we just have to wait. I'll slip a message to David and see if he can give her some generic dialogue for this upcoming update.
