I have a few suggestions and I hope @DavidBVal can read this:
Okay I think we need a dungeon/tower that has endless levels and maybe it can be located in the Isle of Serpents and a twist of having Arbenos there like he's the one that gives you rewards and also sells stuff as for the tower you need to clear various levels of monsters and bosses where you can earn both gold and items. It would be cool if all your companions will join your party to help and of better when Amarissa and Breno could be a companion anyways they will accompany you when you hack n' slash the monsters but they will of course share the exp gained from monsters. If this will be added it could be the perfect place to level up aside from the tower Arbenos should be able to give you quests maybe recover a artifact which he will reward you with his own sword I mean its the Isle of Serpents maybe recover an artifact from one of the Three Gorgons the Medusa but you don't really have to kill her maybe recover it from a chest? Ok since I mentioned Medusa maybe she can be a boss? Maybe a OP boss like when you stand in front of her you wont be able move you be paralyzed except when striking from behind! And she'll drop her Head and an item of course and if she drops her head if might be a quest item?
Ok before we enter the tower we of course need to find a way to cross to the other side. Maybe if you have 100 max rep in Mercia they'll be able to let you pass that blocked gate and get to Freeport and Liberty. In Freeport maybe its a place when convicts live? Anyways im sure David will handle that as for Liberty it can be a place to find transportation to ANDORIA THE GREAT EMPIRE! Maybe you'll encounter a wizard there that needs Medusa's Head! That would be perfect and maybe Medusa should be lvl 50? 40? 45? So she'll be hard to kill.
As for this last suggestion maybe David could add an Achievement System to the game like killing a specific amount of monsters for ex. Killing maybe 10 or 5 million undead will give you a set of armor and weapons like a Holy Set - Holy Helm, Holy Breastplate, Holy Gauntlets, Holy Leggings, Holy Boots, and Sword, Shield. Like they'll give a hell lotta defense against the undead so since they are a Set maybe there is a effect when equipping a specific set for ex. When wearing the Holy set you will be completely immune to death attacks something like that same goes to set items. The goblin achievement can be the same like a Goblin Armor set but when in Orcs there is a set but there can be a sort of achievement like killing a fixed amount of orc commanders and kings will launch a different approach for ex. When completing the Orc King Slayer it will give you no rewards except a description that goes "New One Time Rumor Boss Unlocked" and when Gossiping after completing the quest will of course reveal the location of the new rumor boss and the rumor boss could be a lvl 17-20 or 25-30 King and Queen Orc. They drop an Ancient Broken War Horn each boss will drop one part of the horn and when you acquire both they will merge and a Notice will pop up saying: "Will you dare unleash the horde?" After that BOOM! you'll be teleported to The Orc Kingdom in Urk-Daonassar and you'll meet the True king and you'll pick to pledge alliance to defeat the former Orc General but now he's a rebel and after that you be able to roam the Orc Kingdom unscathed. Might be better if there will be a part 2 of Primal Forge but this time itz anz Orcz but he's isolated in the mountainous part of the Orc Kingdom where the path will be full of traps that will One hit Delete you when activated after you disable or get through you'll meet the Orc Forger he'll greet you on passing his defense system and he'll enchant items for you for ex. 50 small rubies is +5 fire damage, 50 small sapphires is +5 shock damage, 50 small dias is +5 cold damage, 50 small emeralds is +5 toxic damage and the maximum could be 100 RGBW gems and the fee of maybe 10,000 or 5,000 gold also he'll give you an artifact if you'll hand him the gem that Sargos drops.
And maybe David will literally add a new map maybe he'll consider the Wizard in Liberty teleporting you to Andoria and including Medusa or the Tower…
