NPC's blocking the way is a known issue that's common to most games (common enough to be a common
widespread joke).
Sadly, since further development of Exiled Kingdoms is not in the foreseeable future, that means the NPC AI we have now is what got to work with.
They NPC's used to be worse at blocking the way but past tweaks reduced the problem. Still there but yeah.
