Are you playing on Iron Man or Hard or lower?

I dont want to give you spoilers, so if you're not playing on IM, I'd suggest you to keep a save file just before you go into the Ark for the last time before the endgame.

Or, you can look up at the wiki on what to do and spoil it all for yourself like I did, but Im a compulsive perfectionist min-maxer, so Im a fringe case. So, if you dont want to spoil it all for yourself, just keep a save file BEFORE entering the Ark with the purpose of finishing the game.

There's only one ending that "ends" the game and it should be pretty obvious which choice you make to do that (it's also called the evil ending).
