Dist by Dartos

Completed other 3 enclave quests as well as mad wizard. Dartos won't initiate his quest. L 16 wand mage. Rep 11. Done so many times. I'm thinking it's a glitch. Any suggestions appreciated.

That is odd. Let's look at the basic stuff to rule out the problem.

1) Did you already activate the quest and forgot about it? What does your journal say?
2) What does Dartos say?
3) Did you check the body in the troll cave to see if the ring is there (and thus the quest was triggered?).
