Bug Cloud save problem

I'm certain this is the account with all my old saves, and I certainly did save at least a bit of them to the cloud. Last time I played was probably about 2 years ago, did it perhaps get corrupted somehow? I really wanna play the new areas, but I don't have the time to level up from scratch again...

Just checking some basic stuff since it's a two-year old account.
1) Is it the same device?
2) Is it the same log-on details (same account, etc).
3) Is it possible your cloud storage space got maxed out, or old stuff deleted?

I don't think the major updates from two years ago would impact the game's ability to access an old save file.

On the bright side, recent major updates might make the game more enjoyable by playing a new character than loading an old mid-game one from forever ago. Not helpful in your quest to sort out this bug but worth keeping in mind.

Can't also disconnect from Google Play Games as well as can't access the Achievements and Leaderboard

@Xen , do you have the same cloud save issue as @Bans1x ? Or do you just have the Achievements / Leaderboard issue?

Those could be issues on Google's end....

As for me, I can't export my new characters to Cloud Save as well as access to Achievements and Leaderboards. Can't use Disconnect too
