cloud issue

when i clicked "save to the cloud" loading a bit and a message will pop up says "The operation failed. Error code:1". Please help.

Error 1 is an authentication error, which is weird if you are already logged into GPGS.

Try to disconnect from google play games inside the game, then exit using the main menu exit button. Remove your cache from google play games, and from google play services, then restart your device and try again.
