Cloud Error 12

Hi David, I just got my new phone and im trying to retrieve my cloud save from my old phone but this error keeps popping up.

Okay... In the old phone you can export again without errors? Does it also allow you to restore in the old one?

Try that, then log out of google play games in the new game, and then log in again and try to restore.

Hmm still doesnt work

In the new one, uninstall, and delete cache and data from google play services. Then install the game and try, it should work.

It said error 9 now. I tried it again it went back to error 12 like in the beginning...

Very odd... Those are errors returned by the server. I am afraid what I can do is very limited in this case, as the server refuses to serve files, and only on a certain device... Did you clear only cache from GPS, or cache+ data?

Deleting the google play services data from your device will not affect anything nor make you lose anything.

In any case, if this doesnt work, the old EK.bak file can still be generated and moved manually.
