Cleric Rebalance Skills and Magic

Just a thought while I was doing my Cleric run. I found out that once you ran out of mana, most of my cleric skills are useless and find my self really vulnerable and weak to enemies. For future references, Clerics feels like they would get OWNED quick if David implements PvP in later updates... to solve this problem I thought of something to solve this problem.

I realized using Clerics skills requires so much ie a skill cool down plus a mana requirement. The Clerics skills aren't even that overpowered compared to other skills yet they require the most to use them. Why not make some skills spamable with magic and the rest with just skill use and skill cooldown (no magic needed)

Spamable with Magic:
Heal Wounds
Thelume's Wisdom

Skill with cooldown no Magic
Arbeno's Might
Sacred Fire

Clerics are really behind and their mechanics are hindering them. Please put your input in this matter if you care about Clerics

After a few more advanced skills and items are introduced I will look into the data and consider more "drastic" changes; but right now, clerics take a 20% less time to reach level 15 than rogues.

For now I have adjusted (boosted) Arbenos and Holy Shield, more will come soon.
