Cleave and Critical

When a warrior lands a critical, is it the critical damage that gets cleaved to the surrounding enemies?

EDIT: Based from my rather crude tests, it does seem to cleave the crit damage (i.e. I cleave more when I crit). I hope someone confirms or refutes this.

How about Duel and Heavy-hand? Do they work with Cleave too?
