They are the lab gloves from Gilmour in New Garand, however, the hardened leather gloves can be found in the orc lair, I did the "Prisoner of the Orcs" quest, and "Those in Need" granted me my current necklace, in the tomb at New Garand graveyard I got the Deathclaw, but I'm about to help Hirge, so it won't be of use for now.
