Can't save in cloud

Why I can't use the cloud? Error message when I try. My cell phone is an Asus Selfie, this the cause, perhaps?

I get the same error but somehow i did it, restart your device and check your connection..

I don't know why, but when you do receive error message, it might help to share it with people, it could help discern what is actual problem.

Every time I try to save it gives the message "error 5". So if I try again, the app stops. Restart doesn't work either.

Enter the game and log out of Google Play Games, then exit the game.

Settings > Apps, and delete the cache from Google Play Games
Settings > Apps, and delete the cache AND data from Google Services

Then try again. If it still fails, I am afraid there's nothing I can do; Google is returning that error to your particular account.

Sometimes reinstall works to however you get an old savegame back...

Or sue david that his game doesnt work properly ( justkidding ).

Goodluck ( i guess clean cache and cookie will do the job however once you done that restart phone before connecting to game ).

I have little control over that, it is a service provided by google. It works well for most people, but for some it can return errors.

What you can do is using the option to export to a file, that is guaranteed to work, but if you want to transfer your games among devices, involves manually moving a file from one device to another (via email, drive, or usb)
