can't get heavyhand

i just completed warrior guild quest and Sergeant Daukar doesn't want to train me, i play cleric.

Pretty sure he's klled th minotaurs by this point. Problem is that, if you join a different guild, you can't train with her. This is the same problem I have with my cleric, since I joined the church.

You can only join one guild. (There is a warning when you join one telling you as much) If by some chance you have a save prior to joining the church than you can just reload that. However if you decide you need heavyhand for the build you want than you need to start over.
