Can you join the warrior guild, and join the cleric guild later ?

I want to learn Duel and Heavyhand as a cleric, however i also want to have Battle prayer, would it be possible?

No, you can only join one guild and you can't later leave it.

It's not possible anymore. After v.1.0.1053 26/12/17 update battle prayer, and flames of faith skills became exclusive to members of the Church of the Three, just as it was meant to be.
