Can you cheat

Am nosy so I have a wee look every now and again at the leaderboard.
And I compare my game with others.
And it seems to me that most people my lvl have done the same rewards
But I noticed some people have only a few of the rewards done.
And one person has a lvl 25 reward but he's below me on the leaderboard.
As am only lvl 18. So just asking can you cheat the game.

You can cheat at every game, of course.

However discussing game cheats is one of the few things not allowed by the forum rules, I am afraid

I just think leaderboards are a waste of time

If people are cheating. I was just curious as how could someone be a lvl 25 but still be below me. And how come other's don't seem to have the same rewards as me but they are higher then me.
Sorry I was not asking people how to cheat. I was just wondering if it could be stopped.

I know, still the topic is not allowed for discussion. Please refrain from bringing it up, as the rules say.

Of course I know what you mean, and I do what I can, but I give more priority to developing content and features.
