Can I play with google cloud data in Steam?

I'm just a beginner in this game. but, I already bought it in Play Store to play full contents. when I play it so long that makes my phone off, I want to play more with the data that i saved in google cloud . So, If somebody already played both in phone and computer, Please Answer my question. Can I play in computer with the data I saved in my Google Cloud?

The savefile is the same, so you can import an android save to steam version without problem.
But you have to do it manually since steam has no support for Google cloud. You can export to file and send it to yourself via email.

I export my save file to email, then what should i do? I purchase EK in Steam but I can't use this file (file name: EK.bak). I'm so sorry about my stupidity in computer and mobile divice....

You start the game via steam, go(in game) to new game > cloud and export > import from file.
Just have a look at description where the EK.bak file should be (I think in documents or downloads)

That way you can import the save file.
