I waa wondering if there is a platform I can download the full version of this game without using my Google account? Id like to play it on my phone, but for personal reasons, do not want to tie a Google account to my phone. I am not sure if steam would work or not. TYI

I am afraid not. The only distributor of the Android version is Google Play Store.
However, you may create a new Google account just for gaming, in case you don't want to use your usual one. Just add it to your device and make sure it is the one active when you initiate payment.
