Buying a house in Nivarian

I completed all quest available and so I started making quests in nivarian region (Nivarian and Fogas city halls) in order to buy an house in Nivarian. But I got stucked to 39 reputation and I cannot find out to reach the last point needed since both city halls are not offering new quests.
This happens with both my main characters: a warrior and a priest.
Have everyone reaches to buy the house and/or collect 40+ reputation points?

Sleep, explore elsewhere, leave and come back in a while and new quests will have spawned at the townhall. Do them and get that final bit of reputation.

Yes use the Inn..... and sleep for about 24h... and youll be fine with you reputation points. Townhalls do take some time to respawn quests but in the end youll get enough quests completed to buy a house.

I agree it's hard to get reputation except for Varsilia anyway. fewer quests which give reputation, and no bonus npc like Varsilian knights.

Don't forget that Rhöneis is also part of Nivaria.
