Não sei qual o motivo, mas os personagens ficam com blocos pretos no lugar da skin, depende do local, em interiores normaliza. sabe me dizer o que é isso? e como devo concertar?

I had the same issue with a previous device, a Google tablet. Clearing the internet cache, resolved the issue on the short term (internet files can take up a lot of room). Removing unused apps resolved the issue long term.

Also, good user practice for all mobile devices is to double check what apps are running at any given time. Not only do background apps drain a battery, they can also siphon away available RAM. Keeping the Wiki attenna helps a little too.

Which android version do you have? With 7.0 there is a dura speed option (settings > duraspeed) (1).this can help you to give priority for exiled kingdoms.

Besides that, just disable or delete unnecessary apps (settings > apps) (2)

Also clear the whole cache and try to start exiled kingdoms (settings > storage > internal storage > cached data) (3)
