So, i quicksaved right at the troll king`s room entrance, and well... when i load this save, all trolls in the dungeon are back (i killed almost every one, with fire). And i was using a chest to hold all the items i had, just to select the most valuable ones after i finish the dungeon, and after the load every item on the chest was gone (including unique ones).
Not sure if quicksaving in this spot brings a bug, or maybe I just got really unlucky....
Ended up losing about 5 ingame days and a lot of quests because of this =(.
