[BUG] - A key to the past - TRIX DO NOT TRIGGER QUEST WITH FIRE CRISTAL

It is the third account that I pass through this quest unfortunatelly is the first one which I have some kind of bug. So I collect the Fire Cristal but Trix do not let me pass through the door, it keeps saying "bring me the fire cristal...". I've closed the game, slept, put the cristal in the vault, leveled up, and so... This character's gameplay differs in three points from the others: it is on easy; it's a warrior; and i've done both researchs with Rur'azar - the others gameplays I've seen some kind of bug, if i did first the research about Amarisa the other one disappeared and couldn't be done. Sorry for my horrible english - and thanks for tks

He also says to bring the key, I'd bet you don't have it on you.
