Brother Ladan's Holy Symbol

I completed the quest "Missing Missionary", but now Im stuck with Brother Ladan's Holy Symbol. I mean, I understand the sentimental value of that, after all is the beloved brother of the priest in Icemist that died and all, but I value space in my chests a lot more than I value family ties of the friends I made along the way.

But this damn item seems to be marked as a quest item, and I cant get rid of it. Is that correct? Is there no way to throw it away? At this point I would pay someone to take it from me

Can you toss it in a random dungeon chest and just let it go --poof-- when the dungeon resets?

The two chests in Tremedan's Tower are good out-of-the-way chests to store those items you don't want in your Town Hall Vaults, but may want later.

I use all my chests. In Tremadan's tower I keep all the weapons for "emergencies" (all kinds of elemental damage) and a few other items, at New Garand I keep all my defensive gear for death, frost, fire and poison. My bank vaults no longer have enough room, between quest items, the tons of potions and scrolls and the things I use more often or items Im hoarding for later (like gems) and wolf pellets. Yes, Im a hoarder, but I keep all of those for safety purposes.

Around lvl 16 this has been very useful, a few Liches would've been impossible to deal with without completely switching gears. Right now Im basically having a walk in the park, doing some quests I missed previously, and it's being so easy that I havent had the need to prepare. I guess that's the downside of not knowing the game all too well, I went for quests that were super hard, when I could've went for others who would've been far easier before.

Anyway, I cant store the item on any chests except one that is mine, or a bank vault, or my bag of holding. Oh well, it is what it is

The standard hoarder problem is there's never enough space. The more storage you get, the more junk you keep.

I just need one full gear set for each one of the elements, potions of all kinds, a variation of weapons of all kinds, between light and 1H, 1 for each element, a few wands in case some day I decide to switch, quest items, craftables and you know, just the basics that is needed for a life of adventure... You know, just in case!

That's true! One day I met a merchant that was buying emeralds at premium prices, and I sold him everything. Few updates later these things were actually useful! Small diamonds too, nobody offered premium prices for these though, so I was clueless until it was too late . Don't even think about buying those hundreds of spider sacs from my Rogue! I've learnt my lesson!
